Stacie Thomas Rankey is the Director of Client Development & Relations. She is responsible for identifying industry business' and strategic relationships with companies in the mortgage industry.  Stacie brings 20+ years of industry experience. She has worked with industry experts and giants over the course of her career including: REO Magazine, now DS News; American & Financial Network (ALFN); LOGS; and Altisource. She successfully helped launch the REO Magazine publication as well as its associated Five Star Conference.  Mrs. Rankey believes that client relations is the foundation of the business relationship and true customer service involves listening and adapting to client needs.

Stacie is passionate about empowering others to be successful and their best selves. She launched her own consulting company, Full Circle Solutions in 2017. She is the co-founder of Women’s Mortgage Banking Collective, a member of the Women in the Housing and Real Estate Ecosystem (NAWRB). She participated as an 2018 Inaugural Master Student at 20/20 Vision for Success and continues to seek learning and education opportunities to stay at the top of her game in the industry. She has been recognized in the industry through numerous awards including Women with Vision, NAWRB, & NEXT Powerhouse.

Stacie attributes her determination and dedication to her life experiences. She is a Breast Cancer Fighter, Survivor, and Thriver. She launched Survivor’s Voice YouTube Channel to share her story, tips and tricks for both cancer patients and caregivers.
