Many of our executive team members have worked together since the 2008 downturn. This was a pivotal moment for our group. This era allowed the company to find a niche in the HOA space, where the critical components to ensure proper risk mitigation efforts were discovered and further developed. Precedent has worked with asset managers from all regions in the US and its territories to hone in on the issues and successes within each region. This has enabled the company to provide comprehensive, manual solutions while leveraging today’s technologies.
